Table of Diversity® Community Practice
A monthly conversation for people doing the real work of DEI. Each month centers on one topic, specific to one group of people. Before we meet, you’ll submit a gap you’re currently facing (shared anonymously, because naming where you’re stuck is harder with your name attached and we want the real thing.) During the session, you’ll share a live example of the topic working on your team. Each month, Demetria facilitates to hold the space and act as a resource, bringing insight from years in this work to what the room surfaces.

For team leaders navigating what inclusion actually looks like day to day. Ahead of the session, you'll submit a gap you're currently facing (shared anonymously, so we can dig into it honestly.) During the session, you'll share a live example of inclusion working on your team.
Why this is important!
Now, more than ever, it can feel very isolating to do this work. You need a space that’s designed for you. With people who celebrate the wins, talk through the gaps, and challenge you to do better!
